Classic things I Love

The monks from Santa Maria novella made products that were natural and based on ancient healing remedies here are my three favorites

Santa Maria Novella

Signature scent
This classic cologne with a citrus base, was created for Catherine de Medici, who, when she went to France to marry Henry II, brought her personal perfume-maker with her. There are various versions of the legend which explain how the “Acqua della Regina” (Water of the Queen) came to be commercialized as a cologne. Still hand-formulated in Florence, this remarkably light and fresh scent combines the provocative citrus and bergamot with subtle white flowers and deeply exotic spices. Coveted by men and women alike, a unique aroma that’s timeless and perfectly modern.
OLFACTIVE GROUP: Citrus

Tobacco soap

Triple milled, each soap is hand pressed one by one using 19th century equipment, aged for 60 days in ventilated cabinets. Each soap is hand-wrapped and lasts about three times longer than ordinary soap while maintaining it’s shape and scent. Infused with a warm and leathery yet airy tobacco scent.

Face tonic

Tonico per la pelle
This alcohol-free skin tonic is specially formulated for dry and delicate skin containing extracts of aloe vera and sweet almond oil. Vitamin C revitalizes and restores the skin’s natural PH balance and reactivates the circulation while preparing the skin for your moisturizer.
